Hey all! Here is my smashed up block that one of my twins literally trampled on right before taking this picture and thus why there’s no pretty threads and accessories around it because I would never see those pretties again. 😬 I just finished cutting out this week’s block and I’ll probably get started on that tomorrow.
We got our CO on Tuesday last week for our new location and have been trying to wrap stuff up with that project but I feel like it’s never going to end. Also, I luckily didn’t have any adverse reactions to my 2nd covid dose which was nice, I would say that my arm was more sore this time around, a little worse than the tDAP but nothing unbearable.
In quilty shopping news, I ordered my curiouser and curiouser threads and I’m like SO excited to get it even though I have nothing to put them in, I literally carry my 👑Tula Sunrise threads in their original box still and its faded and falling apart. I desperately need to make A Place For Everything 2.0 bag before I go out in public to sew again. I also ordered/signed up for 👑Lillyella’s Butterfly Effect SAL and I can’t wait to get started on that too! I want to make a bigger version of that quilt but we’ll see. I feel like this is a “my eyes are writing a check my fingers can’t cash” situation.
Anyways, I have ton of work stuff and laundry to do to get ready for the week. Hope you all are enjoying your weekend. xo
